Nine years after the start of the Syrian conflict, the city of Aleppo, a long martyr city at the heart of the clashes, has lost four-fifths of its Christian population. From different denominations and from different Churches, the Christians of Aleppo are now only a few tens of thousands, generally elderly, the youngest having often fled the torn country.
